Job Description:
A Data Analyst is a key enabler to secure realization of business value from analytics, data and models. You serve as a gatekeeper for an organization's data so stakeholders can understand data and use it to make strategic business decisions. This is a technical role that requires a degree in analytics, computer modeling, science, or math. You work with multiple advanced analytics tools initiatives to analyze, visualize, execute and follow up initiatives from idea to industrialization with both analysis of model output and designing of new ways of working. As a Data Analyst, you are focused on value creation and growth by making data accessible to the organization, thus enabling excellent customer experience and business results.
Responsibilities:
With high customer and consumer centricity, empower stakeholders to improve the customer value through expert analysis of various types of customer data.
Manage project delivery, planning and steering to ensure that the delivery is effective and anchored to value
Ensure product development and management
Handle project and product risk and issue management
Advocate data-driven decision making through, for example, experimentation and other quantitative analysis.
Design advanced analytics solutions together with business stakeholders and product/analytics teams to maximize impact; function as the link and catalyst
Ensure assurance, audit, compliance and testing related to cyber security issues
Secure incident management, investigation and digital forensics
Handle security governance and management, as well as threat assessment and information risk management
Pressure-test algorithms from a business logic perspective and develop value-proofs/ business cases
Support in analysis and verification of model output and work with data scientists to improve accuracy of model
Design new ways of working and support roll-out to the organization
Identify commercial opportunities leveraging data and models.
Analyze data using the latest web analytics and business intelligence techniques
Develop calculation mechanisms to Ensure real-time data collection of customer behavior
Provide data insights for technical solutions and system improvements to improve the customer experience based on interpretations
Implement tools (e.g., Power BI or web-analysis dashboards) that help data consumers to extract, analyze, and visualize data faster and better through data pipelines
Qualification:
Strong customer focus, commercial mindset and innate curiosity
Understanding of using numerical, statistical and analytical methods to apply to data processing
Ability to Visualize, communicate and explain data and its implications to various stakeholders
Ability to analyze large amounts of data into clear insights
Ability to translate business requirements into analytical requirements
Ability to align assignments with the strategic goals of the business
Ability to define visions, strategies and goals
Ability to establish priorities with clear goals and responsibilities to achieve a high level of performance
