PerkinElmer is currently looking forData Analyst and Software DeveloperSollentuna, Sweden / Systems R&DVanadis Diagnostics, part of PerkinElmer, has developed a complete system for investigating chromosome abnormalities during pregnancies based on a blood sample. The system is based on advanced DNA technology and is developed by a group of scientists and engineers with competences in biochemistry, optics, image processing, statistics and software development.Role description: Development of analysis algorithms.Analysis of experimental data.Software development in Matlab, R, and JavaTesting, documentation and implementation of new algorithmsCollaboration with internal stakeholders such as Software developers, Business, and Customer supportRole requirements: At least a master’s degree in mathematics, physics, or computer science.Strong interest in mathematical analysis and statistics.Minimum of 3 years of work experience.
