Contract & Location
Temporary position that will last until the end of May 2023 (similar, more permanent, opportunities may be offered after that, but cannot be guaranteed at this stage)
You will be based in Stockholm, at our multinational and diverse HQ on Kungsholmen




Organisation & Role
‘Global Finance Systems & Data’ is part of the Global Finance development team. Team Global Finance Development (GFD) drives strategic and operational development of Global Finance. Global Finance Systems & Data team is a bridge between IT and Business, and interfaces with more or less all parts of Electrolux. We manage the finance master data, application agenda and digital adoption.


Tasks & Responsibilities
The Data Analyst will focus on how business requirements can be translated into efficient system management at Electrolux. This position entails:
· Training the organization in the use of Finance applications
· Participating in design and execution of projects and continuous improvement related to finance processes from a system/tools perspective
· Supporting with the definition of process IT requirements from a system perspective
· Providing support and input for the decision-making regarding process development


Qualifications:
· At least 2 years of experience within IT-related finance or finance-related IT
· Good understanding of finance processes and how they relate to effective system development
· Broad understanding of Finance technology solutions, development and improvement
· Understanding of system & data management and development
· A strong plus if you have knowledge in Power BI
