Over the course of the past six years, we have grown into a business of over 2000+ Instaboxers united by a single purpose: Providing an uncomplicated shipping service. All in order to make everyday life easier. We want to change the industry and not only be a part of the future, but to drive development towards it. It should be easy to shop online, and therefore we offer millions of customers across Europe a hassle-free and fossil-free shipping service.

We allow our customers to shop from any of our e-commerce partners and pick up their products in one of our conveniently located Instaboxes, alternatively, we offer home delivery if that's their preference.

We’re fast, both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. So far our journey has taken us from Sweden to the rest of Scandinavia and parts of continental Europe, but we have no plans on stopping anytime soon. We're now looking for a Data Analyst International Expansion, and hopefully, that is where you come in!

What you will be doing
As a Data Analyst your main task is through modelling, analytics and information gathering, influence and contribute to a data driven entry strategy in new markets.

You contribute with strategic, operational and quantitative data analysis for the expansion of the whole organization into new markets. You act as an expert and will be responsible for creating insites for continuous business follow-up.

You will interact with stakeholders from all parts of the business and work closely with business developers in the International Expansion team as well as with the Business Intelligence team.

As such your tasks will include, but not be limited to:

- Conducting simulations and data analysis in preparation for new market entry.

- Developing KPIs to measure traction in new markets.

- Using Tableau to create striking visualizations and dashboards.

- Ensuring that the content shared with the business is accurate and of high quality.

- Using SQL for data analysis.



Who you are
To succeed in the role, you are analytically inclined, approaching problems from a scientific and data-driven perspective. You pay close attention to detail but you can also look at things from above and see how they are linked together. You have business acumen and a pragmatic, creative and solution-oriented approach.

- You have data modeling experience.

- You have experience within analytical visualization tools such as Tableau or similar.

- You have an interest in understanding the needs of the business.

- You have experience from developing KPIs.

- You understand the value of good visual design and what types of visualizations best suit different types of data and business processes.

- It would be a plus if you have experience from international expansion.
