DATA ANALYST (JUNIOR) TO AN INTERNATIONAL COMPANY IN STOCKHOLM

We are now looking for a Jr Data Analyst to our customer in central Stockholm. The project reporting specialist position has the overall responsibility and accountability for using data to inform our customers global purchasing decisions across the organization. Using technical skills, business acumen and creativity, this position is responsible for automating the supplier 360 report to generate business insights, be able to complete life cycle data generation and outline critical information for the different stakeholders. In addition, the reporting specialist plays a key role by business partnering and supporting execution of Global Purchasing objectives. As a Data Analyst you will have responsibility to lead projects from inception to delivery, ensuring that the team’s purchasing reporting delivers high-quality and relevant data to intelligently grow our business and improve efficiencies. You will also automate currently manual processes, providing data rich visualizations to promote accurate decision making. You will managing master data, including creating one supplier name across our various systems, provide quality assurance and expertise on imported data, the storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing. Also, you will supporting different initiatives for data integrity and normalization.

Kvalifikationer
- You have proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst
- You have strong Excel knowledge (v-lockup and pivot)
- You communicate fluent in English, oral and written
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, QlikView, Tableau) a plus


Personliga egenskaper
You have a strong analytical, planning and organizational skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Also, you are capable of setting priorities, meeting pre-determined deadlines and multi-tasking. You are self-driven as well as you are a team-player, and you possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
