WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for someone who has been working as a Data Analyst with large datasets and is experienced in data visualisation software/applications and familiar with data processing and –analysis languages. We value personal traits such as passion for the possibilities of data and its value for business as well as high intellectual curiosity with ability to acquire new knowledge and skills. It is important you feel comfortable working in an Agile working set-up.
You have the knowledge of:
cleaning data and how to deal with imperfections in data, including defining corrective actions to improve quality if needed
how to leverage large data sets in answering business questions
large datasets and of data set processes for data modelling, mining and production
agile ways of working, in which requirements and solutions evolve through the collaborative effort of self-organizing cross-functional teams
From an educational perspective we think you have proven advanced training in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Finance, Marketing, Mathematics, Analytics, or related field.

The Data Analyst Leader will focus on globally supporting and facilitating data driven decisions on product and strategy by visualising and presenting meaningful and actionable insights derived from analysis of business data, e.g. identifying correlations and discover patterns.
Moreover, by using advanced analytics, you will inform and support Ingka Centre’s customer strategy and tactics, enabling stakeholders in Management, Marketing, Concept, Digital, Sustainability, Leasing, Expansion & Development, and Meeting Places.
You will:
leverage data assets by data collection and processing, to provide day-to-day meaningful and actionable strategic and operational insights
do problem solving for data quality issues from source systems and propose corrective actions for IT system or process improvements to step up data quality
be responsible for automating data cleaning processes
support data driven decision on product and strategy by visualisation of data
disclose trends/metrics from raw data to increase efficiency of organisation
apply strong written and verbal communication skills in storytelling
manage medium-scale modelling projects
work together with other data analysts and cross functions to produce required design specifications
support Advanced Analytics Manager in coaching and develop junior team
In this role you will report to the Advanced Analytics Manager, Ingka Centres.
This position will be based in Malmö, Sweden.
