We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Data Analyst with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.
We're seeking for a person with digital analytics and conversion rate optimization skills to work for the service and support squad on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities:
The candidate would develop a digital analytics adoption strategy for the company. Set up a plan with the business to share knowledge and develop a data-driven culture.
Define processes from requirement gathering to development and quality assurance to ensure the quality of digital analytics data.
Validate digital analytics data collecting in collaboration with web, app development, and data layer architects.
Define and implement data validation and quality assurance checks.
Based on data analysis, provide the company's insights and improve the customer experience.
Maintain an understanding of industry best practices and look for methods to improve the company's digital analytics deployment.
Using consumer, online, and industry data, assist in identifying digital experience improvement needs.
Responsible for optimization processes, defining testing and measurement criteria, prioritizing feature and content development from an optimization standpoint, launching optimization tests, and reporting on results.
Education, Expertise, and Experience Requirements:
Extensive experience with Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics, both in terms of functioning and implementation.
4 years of experience in digital economies and e-commerce is required.
Structured and analytical individual with substantial hands-on experience in a variety of digital analytics and web optimization areas.
Strong knowledge of Google or Adobe Analytics, as well as Google Optimize, Adobe Target, or a similar programme.
Integration of data into BI and Analytics systems is something you should be familiar with.
A good social player who works well in a group.
Web psychology and user behaviour are of great interest to me.
The applicant should strong interest in web psychology and user behaviors.
He/she should be driven by challenges and always aiming for improvement.
It would be advantageous if the candidate would have a working knowledge with Adobe Stack and prior telecom experience.
