Data Analyst & Supply Chain Coordinator

The Specialist, Data Analysis & Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible to coordinate the Global supply of Base Materials to all the Converting factories (Package Materials & Additional Materials) to meet contractual terms and provide high quality data analysis for procurement


Core Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Coordination:
Coordinate and support the supply of Base Materials to our Converting Factories according to contracted volumes & conditions
Resolve supply issues together with Base Materials Procurement, Suppliers and Integrated Planning, to avoid supply chain disruptions in order to meet customer needs
Collaborate and coordinate with suppliers and Tetra Pak Converting Factories to maintain continuity in the supply chain and optimize supply processes
Determine on annual basis the supply allocation (Products & Suppliers) for the converting factories for optimal cost & secure supply
Evaluate, analyze, and communicate supply chain requirements & evolution on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties to potential supply reallocations to meet contractual terms

Data Analysis
Work closely with Base Materials organization to understand and maintain focus on their analytical needs, including identifying critical, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers
Proactively analyze data to answer key questions from stakeholders or out of self-initiated curiosity with an eye for what drives business performance, investigating and communicating areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity
Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis integrating various reporting components from multiple data sources
Develop and maintain databases by acquiring data from primary and secondary sources
Provides data analysis support for the Base Materials negotiation process
Administrate & Develop Business Intelligence Tools and provide support for the Base Materials team

Education
University degree (bachelor) in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Logistics, or similar careers.
