We are now looking for a Data Analyst for the Core Allocation product in Allocation Precision within Business Tech. About the role
As a Data Analyst, you will work in a cross-functional, multi-competence product team consisting of Data Practitioners, Software Engineers and Business Experts. Your mission is to support the team with data needs as well as business analyses to contribute to the product’s maturity, development & scale and the ability to deliver positive impact for our customers and the business.
About the product
Core Allocation is situated within the allocation precision area and is an integral part of H&M’s supply chain processes. It is an internal Allocation tool and logic that support and execute the allocation strategies across our retail markets. Our focus is to drive and improve our allocation decisions through data and tech.
Your Responsibilities
Analyze and help designing the best data logic, models and solutions for the product
Drive analytical agenda by supporting the architecture, evaluation and goals of the product along with peers & stakeholders
Advocate and enable data-driven decision making through viable experimentation, supported by quantitative analysis and by bringing different data points together
Work together with the data analyst community in your team and area and be the go-to person for all data needs within the product
Establish actionable KPIs and reporting for the product that present the why, what and point towards how to improve
Support product team in providing analysis and insights to plan the development agenda of the product
Qualifications

We are looking for you with
A strong motivation to work in an environment that supports and allows you to grow and take decisions independently
An analytical, creative, and curious mindset in combination with a strong foundation in statistical methods, business intelligence and data processing
Experience with working on real world problems, ideally including analyzing large amount of data
Experience working in a global environment with people from different cultural and professional backgrounds
1+ years of work experience related to work with product development, preferable on the solutions focus’ on data analytics within retail, supply chain or similar
A result-oriented mindset who is comfortable navigating through uncertainty
The ability to transform complex datasets to clear and actionable insights that can be presented to non-technical stakeholders
Good knowledge of data-querying using SQL
Experience in data visualization, preferably with good knowledge of Power BI
Preferably familiar with Python and R
Fluency in English, both spoken and written
It is a benefit if you have one or more of the following:
Experience with Azure Tech Stack
Experience of agile development methodologies
Experience in supply chain, retail and/or stock management
