Customer Experience & Sales (CX & Sales) is a newly established global cross-functional and customer-centric function within the H&M Brand focusing on delivering an outstanding customer experience. CX & Sales has a key role in enabling us to reach our brand direction, to become the leading destination for style, creativity and culture. As a Data Analyst, you will be right at the center of this shift towards a truly customer-centric organisation.
Job Description
As a Data Analyst you will be a part of H&Ms Demand & Supply Planning and Inventory Management team. With the team, you will explore, develop and enable new robust methods in order to get new and more accurate insights on consumer demand and how to optimally supply to the demand. In addition to this, we interact and influence the analytical community within H&M to explore and enable new data areas to realize even more business potential.
As a Data Analyst you will:
Perform analysis on large sets of data to extract insights that will drive strategic decisions
Visualize and present complex data to cross-functional stakeholders
Explore and asses the quality and accuracy of new data sources
Work with multiple advanced analytics tools to analyze, execute and follow-up initiatives from idea to “productification”
Analyze and help designing the best data logic, models and solutions to take business field forward
Advocate and enable data-driven decision making through viable experimentation, supported by quantitative analysis and by bringing different data points together
Support team in providing analysis and insights to plan the development agenda and strategy
Working close with Data Scientist, Data Analysts, Business Analysts to continuously feed in new insights into the unit

Qualifications
Previous experience of working in data analyst / data scientist role required a strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills
Fluency in working with programming languages such as SQL and R/Python
Experience in working with data visualization tools e.g. Power BI and Tableau
Demonstrated ability to analyze large amounts of data into clear insights
Previous experience within e-commerce, retail, fashion, supply chain or tech product driven companies is meritious
Relevant academic degree within Mathematics, Statistics, Science or Engineering

This is a fulltime assignment, starting as soon as possible. You will be based in our newly renovated office in downtown Stockholm. Fluency in English is mandatory; Swedish is not.
