We are looking for Data analyst to our client who is Swedish consumer electronics company in Stadshagen. They are currently starting this position with short term contract.

Our client is a global leader in home appliances and appliances for professional use, based on deep consumer insight. They offer thoughtfully designed, innovative and sustainable solutions, developed in close collaboration with professional users. The products include refrigerators, ovens, cookers, hobs, dishwashers, washing machines, vacuum cleaners, air conditioners, and small domestic appliances which they sell in 150 markets.

The Role:
As Sustainability Specialist Data & Analytics, you will work together with the Group Sustainability team to ensure that right processes and tools are in place to gather data in order to improve our connected knowledge and drive our decision-making.
• Drive and implement needed actions for gathering, calculation and consolidation of sustainability data such as energy consumption and carbon emissions as well as follow up on specific climate targets
• Working together with our regions to ensure we have the right data
• Work closely to the business when new product lines are added or removed from the scope of analysis and new types of data are identified
• Working together with our IT, Finance and Technology colleagues to ensure high quality data and processes
• Working together with our product lines to identify areas and targets for improvement, based on sustainability expertise
• Implement data management for quarterly reporting, which should be strong enough for external auditing, in line with requirements for financial reporting
• Identifying how to improve our overall data management for Group Sustainability and eventually setting processes to address new areas, together with other team members
• Take the lead on specific sub-projects assigned
Location (onsite/remote): Hybrid, min 2 days/week on site, Stockholm HQ
Must have:
• Proficiency in Excel
• Analytical, organized and problem-solving mind set as well as critical thinking.
• Ability to navigate and work in a fast-changing and sometimes unclear environment
• University degree in engineering, finance, environmental science, or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience on relevant field
• Takes initiative to make things happen
• Great collaboration skills, likes to achieve things together
Good to have:
• Power BI competences
• Passion for and experience working with sustainability and understanding of its role in driving successful business
• PowerPoint presentations skills with strong storytelling abilities
