The Role
The Business Analyst role will be an integral part of driving one of the most important initiatives for the European Sales area, how to drive and improve sell out activities. The objective of the project is to understand our customer’s business through analytics and collaboration with several functional areas and local markets. In this position you will work together with both a central European team and also towards our nine sales clusters all over Europe. We want to become the preferred partner of our customer through strong value proposition.
In this role it´s important that you appreciate the challenge of being a cornerstone in the transition to Sell Out focus within Electrolux. Successful development and deployment of the Sales Lab processes requires excellent communication skills as well as being used to working in a cross functional environment.
Your main tasks:
Support the Sales Lab project around identifying the impact of marketing drivers on sales
Monitor sale and marketing trends and highlight opportunities for offering and campaign
Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of both Sales and Marketing KPIs.
Create and design customized reports and dashboards based on the needs of the team
Checking data sets to ensure quality and coordinating with different functions to bridge any gaps
Collaborate in the creation of definitions and metrics that will be used across the company
Qualifications
Educational background in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or equivalent
A couple of years’ experiences as a data analyst
Strong analytical skills and interest in creating commercial value with the use of data
Ability to solve problems, think critically and present KPIs, analysis, reports, and dashboards in ways that are clear and actionable
Experience working with data and visualizations tools. Excel & Qlik/PowerBI are a must have.
Excellent Communication Skills – Written and Oral (English essential)
