About us
Uptime provides consumer relations operations for Volvo Cars and affiliated brands through contact centers. Our agents are the facilitating link between the brand, the consumer and the dealer network, acting as brand ambassadors and companions through the consumer journey.  
We secure capabilities needed and develop processes and products to release a premium and branded customer support for our partners maily Volvo Cars and Polestar. We develop needed trainings and make sure our agents get the right competence to be able to perform a good job.
Today Uptime operates within EMEA, and support Polestar in China. The Americas has just become part of the Uptime umbrella and a project to identify set up for APAC is under way.
About the position
You will be part of an international team and work closely with the Uptime operational teams to secure, provide and develop data driven optimization to increase efficiency and value creation for Uptime and our Partners.
Uptime is in a build-up phase, which will give you an exciting, ever-changing job in a global environment providing you with opportunities to develop both professionally and personally. You will be part of creating the next generation of seamless automotive operations for all Volvo Car group brands and future customers.
What you will do
•    Work with development of business backend system for data driven decision and actively support new solutions to approach big data in relation to operation and performance tracking 
•    Actively be working with information, statistical analysis, process modelling and data architecture and translate those outcomes by creating data visualizations and dashboards 
•    Support our advanced analytics needs, inform business strategy through data-driven insights 
•    Build, maintain and optimize current algorithms and data models  
•    Drive the development of our data enterprise platform 
•    Collaborate with cross-functional business units to understand company needs and devise possible solutions 
You and your skills 
You have good business understanding, senior experience working as a Data Analyst and have worked in the agile environment using SAFe or Scrum.
You have at least a B.Sc. degree in Mathematics, Computing Science, Statistics or equal and experience from comprehensive visualizations, preferably in automotive and connected services. 
You have experience working in a global cross-functional environment and an area of transformation in organizations related to customer service and/or data driven business development. 
Hands on experience within BI capabilities including Power BI & Tableau in creating dashboards & good understanding of data mining techniques using Python. We also see that you have experience from one or several areas like;
•    Database using MS SQL, Oracle
•    Microsoft office suit with a strong working knowledge within excel macros.
•    Azure DevOps along with Azure Cloud suit for analytics including Azure Data lake
•    Salesforce Service Cloud, Social Studio, Lead Management
You are fluent in English, verbal and written

To be able to fully enjoy this position you should be truly passionate about data, be a structured, pragmatic and curious person with analytical mindset and a ‘can do’ attitude. 
You are expected to understand complex business challenges, develop hypotheses, integrate internal and external data sets, analyze them and effectively communicate your findings. During your career, you have developed skills and experience for efficient facilitation in different formats and scenarios. 
You have a natural feel for continuous learning and personal involvement and possess the drive to operate a big data analytics toolkit. You have the ability to plan your work, cooperate and follow up on deliveries.
Since the area is in an early phase, it’s important that you are comfortable to work in an agile way in a fast-changing environment.
