As our Head of Customer Analysis, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging scientific analytics to propel our mission and vision. By collaborating with our marketing team, you will use data insights to develop strategies that maximize gross profit and drive our organization's growth. This role offers an incredible opportunity to ensure our comprehensive network of partners effectively meets the personalized financial needs of our customers. This role is based in one of our cool and modern offices in central Stockholm, Oslo, or Copenhagen with occasional travel to one of our offices in Stockholm, Copenhagen, Oslo, and Helsinki.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and interpret customer data using advanced statistical methods to enhance our personalized, user-centric platform.

Employ scientific analytics to identify trends, patterns, and insights that optimize customer acquisition and activation campaigns, contributing to our mission to simplify and enhance the financial journey of our customers.

Develop and maintain customer segmentation models using scientific methods to intelligently connect customers with the best financial products for their needs.

Continuously evaluate and refine segmentation models to ensure alignment with our vision, mission, business objectives, and market dynamics.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs, furthering our vision of empowering individuals with a user-friendly digital platform.



Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Strong analytical skills: Solid foundation in data analysis, statistics, and modeling. Ability to extract insights from complex datasets and align analytics initiatives with our mission and vision.

Marketing Acumen: A strong understanding of marketing strategies and how to apply data-driven insights to optimize these strategies.

A dedicated collaborator: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Affiliate, Product & Tech, Sales, Telemarketing, etc.

Fast-Paced Mindset: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver results within tight timelines in a structured manner.

Lifetime learner: Growth mindset with adaptability to new technologies and methodologies, and the drive to continuously learn and stay updated with the latest trends and advancements.

Proficiency in using scientific analytical tools, marketing automation platforms, web analytics tools (preferably GA4), and data visualization software such as PowerBi.
