Data Architect

Are you a passionate Data Architect that wants to take Dustin Data & BI platform to the next level?

About the Role: You will be a part of the Enterprise Architecture Team responsible for making sure that we have scalable and flexible data platform that can be used for data analytics and Business Intelligence. We are striving for having information from Dustin’s core domains streaming into the data-platform and landing in a data area per domain.

The role means that you collaborate and work together with colleagues from IT and business. You will be working both on the strategy level and tactical level when making the solution architecture go from hypothesis to implemented. Our current stack is focused on Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory and Databricks. and we are transforming from different stacks into a cloud only stack.

In the long term strategy, Dustin wants to move to a self-servicing data & BI platform where the data is available for different purpose and zones in an easy way. The responsibility of the architect also consists of understanding domain teams need of data-analytics, BI-reporting needs and impact when a domain is changing. Since Dustin is on a journey to be more data-driven Dustin is also starting to set up a scalable machine learning solution and you will be part of that also.

You will be joining at an exciting time when Dustin is expanding in new markets and increasing investments in IT to make sure that Dustin are ready for the future. We are therefore changing our IT-platform and way of work to be more agile and have even closer cooperation with our business.

What you have 

- Experience from data architecture role focused on Azure and the data-lake components.
- Knowledge on of designing solution architecture for a data warehouse in Azure
- Experience on machine learning products/frameworks.
- Problem solving mindset. 
- Good presentation, organizational and communication skills with fluency in English.
