Data Center Technician

One of the worlds leading IT-companies are now looking for a Data Center Technician in Gävle to work in their Data center. This is a consultant assignment and the working hours are Monday through Friday 08:00-16:30!

Start date: Beginning of February 2023 preferred

What you will do in the role:

- Logistics/Warehouse Support (Sending/Receiving)
- Basic understanding of using a computer and how to use Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Perform logical material movements, including shipping/receiving and inventory management
- Physical movement of material using powered and manual pallet jacks or other assisted lifting equipment
- Spare part cycle count audits
- Asset updates/auditing
- Handle storage media/Data Bearing Device (DBD) Reconcile/Physical Audits
- Data-bearing Device shredding


- Develop positive working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders



Who you are:

- You have a valid driving license


- Preferred if you have a valid Fork truck and heavy lifting equipment licenses


- Physically in good health as role requires a lot of walking and bending


- Fluency in ENGLISH compulsory
