Data Collector/Annotator - Tobii Tech

We are pushing eye tracking performance to transform the way humans interact with machines and data is an essential strategic asset in this quest. We are looking for a Data Processor to join our mission to make it real. As part of our data processing team, you will be at the heart of our technology. Your job will be valuable for improving the state-of-the-art algorithms that make Tobii the world leader in eye tracking.

Role and responsibilities:Data annotation is the process of marking data for use as input to machine learning algorithms. In this role, you will be a member of the data processing team at Tobii Tech Platform R&D department with responsibility for data acquisition and data annotation. You will work closely with colleagues in both Sweden and other places in the world. Acquiring the data implies you’ll have plenty of new acquaintances with people; humans are integral in the data collection process. In this role you will sometimes travel to acquire data in different parts of the world.


Your main responsibilities will be to:

- Acquire data using our platforms, at the office as well as off-site

- Annotate data using our annotation tools

- Continuously participating in improving our data collection and annotation processes

Who we are looking for


To be successful in this role, and at Tobii, we believe you have

- Inter-personal and communicative skills
- A technical understanding and interest
- Basic computer skills
- Fluency in English

If you have experience working with multi-cultural teams both on and off-site, especially with China, it is considered a great plus.
