We’ve embarked on an exciting journey to transform our shopping centres into destinations always anchored by IKEA, and that go way beyond shopping, offering a carefully selected series of activities, events and initiatives tailored to the needs of the communities that surround them. That’s what we call “Meeting Places”.
We have big plans for the future that involve expanding to new locations, opening smaller-scale concepts closer to the city centres, digitalization of a typically physical experience, and most of all, living up to shared sustainability goals.
Data Delivery manager is responsible for developing and implementing the Ingka Centres data governance framework, to enable the flexible sharing and exchange of data. The Data Delivery Manager is responsible for leading the development and implementation of the integration and data platform roadmaps. The role is also responsible for leading, coaching and developing members of the team.
We are looking for you who is knowledgeable in the area, but also have experience from leading teams. You communicate clearly, inspire people and have strong ability to build long-term relationship.
Your responsibilities will be as below:
· Leading a team and developing people
· Develop, maintain and implement Ingka Centres Data Governance Framework including rules, tools, policies and ways of working. Establish data strategies to support master data management, align it with Group Digital.
· Maintain and implement the information model, its related architecture and the integrity of it, including terms, definitions, descriptions, business rules and relationships.
· Define ways of working, roles and responsibilities for Data Quality Management, develop and implement a framework for Data Quality controls and KPI's. Co-ordinate the execution of Information Security, Data Privacy and Cyber Security activities, conducted by Group Digital.
· Drive data governance activities across the business as well as in Digital, focusing on promoting data ownership and compliance with the data architecture/governance framework. Drive cross-domain alignment and resolve challenges by being the connector and communicator between domains, Information Owners in Ingka Group and Centres, business stakeholders, data architecture and relevant governance forums.
· Promote best practice in data governance by benchmarking against industry standards, emerging trends and supportive technologies, support information owners and other related co-workers in developing the necessary skills and education towards the efficient management of data.
· Ensure development and implementation of the integration and data platform roadmaps, including business continuity planning and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
· Ensure efficient and effective maintenance and operation of the relevant platforms and their infrastructure, so they stay highly reliable, stable and cost-optimised.
· Govern the balance implementing platform roadmaps ensuring platform functionality and at the same time satisfying the on-going needs of the Analytics team, Product development teams and other users of data. Manage stakeholders across teams and functions to reach agreement in priorities.
· Ensure assigned teams understand the overall direction, vision, delivery process and responsibilities for any given initiative. Lead, coach and develop members of the function, promoting best practice in technical architecture and continually benchmarking against industry standards.
· Drive consistency in practice, process, toolset and architecture within platform management. Align needs with Group Digital and ensure Centres benefits from Group common platforms.

To succeed in this role, you should have advanced training in Information Technology, computer science or equivalent, and have minimum five years’ experience from leadership, Data Governance, Master Data Management and Data Quality in a complex business environment.
