As our Data Engineer you will be apart of a growing challenger bank in a fast-paced and competitive niche. You will be working in a small centralized team close to the business and you will be joining an exciting phase in terms of data infrastructure, where you will play a key part in shaping the data stack of the future. You will be using and expanding our awesome tech stack including Snowflake, Fivetran, Matillion and Data Vault 2.0.

The scope of your role

Your mission is to support all of Northmill with access to data, particularly from an Analytics and Business Intelligence context. This will include data modeling, data acquisition, data infrastructure and data governance, among other. The core of your mission will be to act as an enabler for others to be able to gain business-driving insights from all the data Northmill has and can have access to.

About you

You bring

- MSc (or equivalent) in Engineering, Computer Science (or relevant professional experience)
- 3+ Years within Data Engineering/Data Modeling.
- English and preferably Swedish
- Technical: SQL, Snowflake, Matillion, AWS, Other cloud data platforms. Event-bus tech like Kafka.
- Methodology: Data Modeling/Warehousing (Data Vault 2.0, 3rd NormalNortal Form, Kimball, Inmon), ELT paradigm, Service-based architectures.
