You will be based in Stockholm in a modern office setting in our multinational and diverse HQ but the position is also open for our offices in Poland, Germany or Italy
Our Operations Analytics and Data Management Team is on an exciting journey responsible for transforming our European IT landscape. The team deals with information for our European operations (manufacturing, supply chain, logistics) and is crucial in delivering key company initiatives in the area of Supply Chain, Transportation, Warehousing & Manufacturing. We are now looking for a Data Engineer to join the team in an exciting position that will help design and develop our data.
We have a complex European IT landscape, both on and off SAP, from which our analytics solutions on SAP BW/ Azure/Power BI are integrated. The role as Data Engineer is an exciting position with great autonomy and possibility to discover a vast area in terms of Electrolux processes and systems.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Analytics Lead, you will be responsible for:
•Designing and developing data pipelines within Azure Data Factory
•Code advanced data processing solutions within Azure Databricks
•Conceptualizing and implementing solutions within Azure Synapse, Azure SQL and Azure Data Lake
•Development/code management using Azure DevOps
•Working close with Business Analysts and Data Analysts to understand the requirements for the end product and suggest optimal data models backend/frontend for optimal performance
•Collaborating with platform teams, data engineers in core systems as well as data scientists for advances analytics use cases.
To be successful in this role, we believe you have a university degree in computer science or equivalent and have solid experience from data modeling, data management, databases, data access. You have experience from ETL processing in general and preferably within Azure Data Lake. Further, you have experience from several of the following: Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, Databricks and Python, SQL coding and Scala. You are used to work in an international environment where English is the working language and using Azure DevOps. You demonstrate high self-leadership and are motivated by challenge and collaboration.
Experience from Power-BI and DAX code as well as SAP-landscape for manufacturing company is a strong plus but most importantly, you are willing to learn anything you might be missing to develop as much as possible within this exciting area.
