Data Engineer Analytics
Lynk & Co is seeking a Data Engineer to join our journey to reshape mobility by designing and developing a platform as a key driver to a data driven organization.

As Data Engineer in the Analytics team, you will be part of a global team to create a totally new way for our customers to experience the Lynk & Co brand. You will drive the design of data flows and assist in finding new ways to gain data driven insights. You are tech-savvy with good understanding of modern digital technologies and platforms especially within Microsoft Azure platform. Your heart pounds extra when you get a data flow really trimmed for fast throughput. Take pride in designing solutions in a bigger perspective and doing it together with your team and value simplicity and maintainability in those solutions.

Because we will do cool things with data it would be great if you have glanced at the data science area or perhaps worked closely with a data science team to provide purposeful data. You have the perseverance in resolving challenges in the solution regardless of being a tricky requirement or due to a bug. Most importantly you love data and coding data flows.

The position is based in Gothenburg, Sweden.

What you'll do

- Design and develop architecture and ETL solutions that serve the organizations current and future needs with business benefit in mind
- Establish and maintain an analytics solution in a multi-tenant cloud environment
- Data modelling for optimal query performance
- Keep up to date with market trends and the possibilities of technology advising the Product Owner in shaping the platform.
- As part of the team be pro-active and suggest solutions for how to build/improve the platform.
- Ensure a coherent architecture and supporting technical roadmap with surrounding systems


What you should have

- Experience of Analytics platforms in various technical roles.
- Experience in data modelling
- Experience in Microsoft Analytics technology stack in Azure
- Experience in implementing Data Lake or Lake house and DW architecture
- Experience in developing in Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, Data pipeline in Azure
- Experience in delivering data flows for multiple social media data sources, streaming data, batch data, big data
- Experience in supporting and maintaining an analytics platform solution
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English - both oral and written
