What´s in it for you?
For vehicles to reach high levels of automation, data driven development is a huge challenge and necessity. We have started to produce large amounts of data through data collected from cameras LiDARs and sensors. TheData Factory team takes the data from vehicles and through the creation of Data Ingest pipelines and Frameworks the processed data is stored and managed in High performance and Compute clusters.
The team plays a vital part in successful deployment of Data Driven framework for development, validation and verification of Autonomous Drive.
What you’ll do
You will work in a cross functional agile team, in a creative and innovative environment, that works towards enabling the safe release of Self Driving Cars of the future.
You are an enthusiastic data enabler who demonstrates passionfor delivering data to users. You will collaborate in a team that enables easy access of the data available for analysis. You have proven fast learning skills and enjoy taking complex challenges.
Do you fit the profile?
We are looking for a Data Engineer or Software Developer with experience in Data Framework Development and Data Management in High Performance and Compute clusters. That you are a curious and a solution-oriented person with and a true team player mind-set. You enjoy great teamwork to achieve results together. You are social, open-minded and not afraid to challenge old truths. You are proactive and take initiative instead of waiting for instructions.
Be an enabler for easy access of Data through the hands-on SW development and maintenance of AD Data Factory frameworks, pipelines, methods and other Data Processing Tools applying data traceability, labeling, indexing and analysis. Shares responsibility of decoding of vehicle data in storage and compute clusters. Support stakeholders/users with their requirements to become Data Driven. Propose and promote new and better methods to manage data. Collaborate with internal and external users and companies.
Skills and experience:
* Python/C++ (Proven software development skills) and Linux experience.
* Data ingest, pre- processing pipelines and activity frameworks. (Meta Data extraction, first validation of data, Data Discard, Decoding and Analysis)
* Understanding of Database systems preferable in Postgress SQL.
* Experience with Microsoft Azure data warehouse solutions.
* Bachelor´s degree or higher in any of the following: Computer Science, Systems Control and Mechatronics, Engineering Physics, Engineering Mathematics, Electronics
* Fluent in English language, spoken and written.
