Job Description


What you will do In this role you will play a vital role for us in our mission to make the H&M group a truly data and insight driven company democratize data providing a modern self-service data platform.
This role focuses on shaping our next generation data platform to build and manage their data assets @scale across the whole organization targeted towards Analytics/BI and AI. You will be an expert in the different components that build the data platform. As expert you will enable, educate other product teams in how to use, configure and improve these components.
Responsibilities
• Be an expert in the components that are built for the data platform
• Onboard Product Teams onto the platform by educating, supporting teams
• Feedback improvements to central team
• Make adjustments to components
• Advocate a DevOps mind-set, enabling teams by providing the right amount of self-service infrastructure
• Develop automation routines for infrastructure provisioning and releases
• Work with cross-functional initiative and collaborate with product teams across the whole organization
Who are you


We are looking for someone that is smart, humble, and hungry in helping us build our next modern data platform. You will play a key role in our data transformation journey. In order to succeed, we believe that you have previous experience in building, testing and maintaining data pipelines as well working with Big Data technologies. You thrive in sharing knowledge and act as evangelist for data analytics.


Qualifications


• 5+ years’ experience of software development and testing in the field of Data & Analytics
• Experienced in Cloud Engineering and Cloud Services (GCP, Azure, AWS)
• Expertise in infrastructure as code & codification (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
• Experience in container orchestration & tooling (e.g., Kubernetes)
• Experience in data transformation (e.g., dbt)
• Experience in setting up scalable, service-oriented, service- and/or data-mesh architectures
• Experience in object-oriented programming languages such (Java, Scala, Python)
• Experience in agile methodologies and applying Dev(Sec)Ops and DataOps

• Fluent in English both written and verbal

• Passion for people and interest for technology
• Passion for sharing knowledge

This is for full-time positions with placement in Stockholm.
