We are looking for a Data engineer/ Senior IT analyst with an experience in reporting solutions, finance and capital domain to focus on maintaining and developing our implemented solutions within regulatory and financial area. About this opportunity
Welcome to the team where we work with requirement and IT analysis but also develop and configure our solutions focusing on Financial and Capital area. Our Requirements & Analysis team members are taking a part in large-scale program’s Agile Release Trains while working with complex IT landscape and remarkable data volumes. We add value by providing a strong technology capability for Nordea Group Functions.

What you’ll be doing:
* Take lead and drive requirement and analysis work that involve multiple stakeholders, ultimately to design sustainable and value adding solutions
* Perform a data analysis and data modelling to support solution design
* Elicit requirements (functional and non-functional) supported by established frameworks and tools
* Secure requirements traceability during end-to-end development
* Being responsible for requirements documentation and provide know-how throughout the entire software delivery value stream
* Build a contextual understanding of business processes on one hand and functional/technical know-how of our solutions on the other. This requires collaboration between business stakeholders and our developers and to support in building and prioritizing the product backlog
* System configuration and/or coding

You should be interested in the regulatory area and either possess a knowledge in regulatory frameworks or have a willingness to learn. It is key that you are able to build both technical and functional understanding within the regulatory area in order to gain a solid understanding of the business domain as well as data and systems.
To succeed in this role, we believe that you:
* the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* a great analytical skills and business understanding within financial and capital area (e.g. regulatory reporting such as IFRS9, Capital
* excellent communication skills and experience in working in globally distributed teams
Your experience and background:
* 5 -7 years of relevant working experience
* Experience SAP Business Warehouse, SAP HANA & ABAP and/or experience from other analytical and reporting solutions
* SQL, Exposure to VBA code and Python data analysis experience is considered as an advantage
* Experience working with Agile software development, ideally the SAFe framework
* Professional level of English
* Banking Domain Experience & Regulatory/ Capital reporting functional knowledge is considered as an additional advantage
