Data Engineer - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Data Engineer who is experienced in Data modelling and DI tools and is interested to be part of a multi-platform agile solutions environment.

What you'll do:
● Participates in documenting, designing, developing, testing, and deploying the Data Models and Data Marts that come from various source systems.
● Using the data flow design, develop and maintain the ETL scripts that acquire data from various source systems to load information into the Staging Area, the Data Warehouse, and Data Marts.
● Identifies and develops opportunities to utilize objects and code where appropriate to reduce development effort and enforce consistent business rules.
● Providing technical leadership, strategizing effort distributions, and supervising team assignments. Acting as a liaison between Project Management and the technical team for successful project deliveries. complex user problems.
● Build a team with instant test case development, test planning, and testing, safety analysis, test, and release documentation as well as fault tracing.
Who you are:
● Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer science, or equivalent area of education and must have relevant working experience.
● Strong Computer Science Foundation: Algorithms, Data Structures, Object Oriented Programming, Spark/Ray/Dask.
● Have proven experience in software development best practices: SCRUM, GIT, CI/CD, Test Automation, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure and Microservices.
● Have Excellent communication, teamwork, inter-personal and Organizational skills and must have a driver’s license (B).
