Data Engineer - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Data Engineer who is experienced in DevOps tools like GitLab, Gerrit, Jenkins and Microsoft Azure data warehouse solutions.

What you'll do:
● Design, develop and build real-time data pipelines from a variety of sources (streaming data, APIs, data warehouse, messages etc.).
● Leverage the understanding of software architecture and software design patterns to write scalable, maintainable, well-designed, and future-proof software.
● Coordination with other teams to design optimal patterns for data ingest and egress, as well as lead and coordinate data quality initiatives and troubleshooting.
● Deploy your applications in our on-premises cluster and in the cloud and run them on Petabytes of data.
● Help our senior leadership in defining the technical vision of the organization and in managing the collaboration with project partners.
Who you are:
● Ability to evaluate different options proactively and ability to solve problems in an innovative way. Develop new solutions or combine existing methods to create new approaches.
● Have a master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent area of education and must have relevant working experience.
● Proactive and take initiative instead of waiting for instructions and have proven fast learning skills and enjoy taking complex challenges.
● Expertise in leverages DevOps techniques and Experience with DevOps tools like GitLab, Gerrit and Jenkins.
