Vinter is seeking an exceptional individual who will be joining the Vinter team and taking on the role of a data engineer/analyst. The objective is to offer new and unique investment opportunities via state-of-the-art cryptocurrency indexes and further the global adoption of decentralized finance.
Role
You will be working in a team of analysts, developers, and data engineers to develop and deliver cryptocurrency indexes. You won’t be a small cog in a big machine at Vinter. Instead, you will work in a small team and critically impact the company.
You will create new indexes based on your research or client requests. The creation process requires thorough analysis and collaboration with the engineering team and the CEO. You will write reports where you present your findings using graphs and tables.
Requirements
- Strong interest in the cryptocurrency markets and hands-on experience in buying and selling cryptocurrencies.
- BSc. with at least one year of coursework in econometrics, statistics, or mathematics.
- 2+ years of work experience in quantitative analysis.
- You must have experience working with time series analysis in python, probably in pandas and NumPy.
- You must be able to communicate your findings in plain writing.
