Data Flows Specialist to Unilever

We are now looking for a Nordic Data Flows Specialist to Unilever! An exciting role where you will be responsible for the end-to-end data flow through various of internal and external systems. This is a consultancy opportunity starting in ASAP with an 18-month contract.Their office is located in Stockholm, but this role can work remotely and you can be located anywhere within the Nordics.

About the role:

The Nordic Data Flow Specialist owns the end-to-end data flow through the various internal and external systems (SAP, PLM, PIM, TAB, Kwery, PCP, OPV, Prevas, GS1 etc) to ensure product information and data quality is according to the needs of customers (retailers and e-retailers), GS1 standards and internal processes through the entire Product Launch Cycle. You will also coordinates projects / process improvements between the various internal departments (Marketing, Customer Development (Sales), Research & Development, Supply Chain, Repacking) and the central teams (Digital tools, Masterdata Ops) in order to ensure the quality and consistency of the data for both current and future needs. The role requires to work cross-category with all Nordic markets – Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Norway.

Work assignments:

• Analyze the current data flow pathways/mapping and develop an optimized flow for marketing operations for each market, ensuring the flexibility and agility to adjust to future data requirements

• Orchestrates the end-to-end data flow in the different internal and external systems/tools and builds a flow from source to end system for new product information requirements together with tech teams

 

• Analyze the root causes of quality and consistency issues together with global support teams to find solutions

 

• Communication: Have a deep understanding of the current & future GS1 data requirements from the perspectives of the local Customer Development teams, market specific GS1 organizations and customers (retailers and e-tailers) and report to the various departments responsible for data creation

 

• Provides input on future data-related tools and continuously develops the product information processes and ways of working to ensure efficient and accurate data flow and future fit processes/tools

 

• Quality certification: Ensure the quality and consistency of the data in the different databases in cooperation with the different teams in a cross-functional manner

 

• Arrange information and training sessions for the relevant Nordic teams in usage of the tools and new ways of working according to needs and requests.

Your profile:

• Technical Knowledge regarding data flow, Information Management, Global Data Synchronization, Data systems, Data collection analysis & reporting
• Cross functional project management experience
• Technical Support or Sales experience
• University degree in Computer & system engineering or other relevant area
• Change Management experience is beneficial but not mandatory
• 3-5 years relevant working experience
• Experience in SAP environment is beneficial
• English at business level
• One Nordic language is beneficial but not mandatory
