We are now looking for a Shopper Investment Analyst who will be based in our head office in Solna, Stockholm.
About the role
As Data & Insight Manager at Arla it will be your task to deliver results that make a significant contribution to the Customer Marketing team and Arla. It will be your responsibility to maximise ROI and insight from bought and internal data through vendor collaboration, quality assurance and continuous improvement of capabilities and end user solutions. You will be the owner our new Power BI system where we integrate shopper data from different sources.
You will also be the owner of syndicated and shopper data from external agencies and data providers to ensure deliveries to Arla’s requirements. You are therefore responsible for the Nielsen budget and contract as well as other external data as GFK, IGD, ICA self-serve, Matpriskollen etc. Through this you will develop Shopper insights data & reporting. Furthermore you will in this role enjoy a close collaboration with the Consumer insights & Category team and support with adhoc analysis.

Who are you?
To be successful in this role you most likely have a business intelligence background (supporting decision making through integration, analysis and presentation of data including predictive views) combined with an educational background in Mathematics, statistics, computer science or related degree equivalent preferred. It is also a plus if you have previous experience from working in retail or FMCG. Furthermore, we believe that you:
Have experience within following the languages and platforms: R, Python Spark/Hadoop or similar.
Have knowledge of SQL and NoSQL Database management.
Can develop and publish user friendly PBI reports from scratch.
Have strong algebra and analytical skills.
Can implement test automation
Have recent knowledge and hands on experience of a range of AI methods
Have strong communication skills to convey complicated insights and make recommendations.
Understand market data metrics and promo KPIs and their application.
