Job Description
To develop, maintain and support the SNOW DIS database with application recognition, normalization and categorization – in the Analyst team. The team shares the responsibility for these tasks and work in an agile manner. Provide the last line of support on DIS-related tickets and help the team do focused customer projects/poc's to enable new business.
Qualifications
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
Analyze incoming data and provide the proper action for recognition, normalization and categorization.
Solve problems/Support cases.
Perform quality control/assurance activities according to the QC process.
Assist in testing of AT tool, providing feedback and creating new requirements based on need from Analysts.
Participate in science projects when appropriate.

Application and Cloud solution understanding.

Analytical mindset.
Understanding of Computer systems and applications.
Must have technical/professional qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or similar.
