The Data and Analytics team is our secret weapon. Based on company priority, this team develops multiple data products covering various analytics areas: descriptive analytics, diagnosis analytics and predictive analytics. Lots of important company strategic decisions and daily business decisions are based on these data products. So it is critical to our business success.


So we are looking for a great leader to lead this team.

🎯 Your role and impact.
Lead a multi-disciplinary data team including highly talented data engineers, data scientists and data analysts developing several business critical data products
Support the team to build and maintain the Curb data platform to unlock data value and empower analytics capability within the organisation
Grow the data team/organisation in Curb to fulfil business needs through hiring, mentoring and coaching
Work closely with stakeholders to align the business priorities from each department and overall company priority, and maintain a healthy backlog
Support the team to find the right balance between speed and quality in a high pace startup/scale-up environment
Together with the team, build a safe, inclusive work environment and also a collaborative engineering culture

You are a great leader rather than a traditional manager. You believe in people, trust, autonomy and transparency
You have strong competency in data engineering, analytics and data science, have a proven track record in leading a cross functional data team
You’re interested in disrupting the food industry with a growth mindset
You have experience in cultivating a strong engineering culture in a cross functional, agile environment. Building a high performance team and focusing on business value delivery should not be new to you
You are excited about or even have experience of creating and building an data organization in a high pace environments involving recruitment, hiring, organizational structure
