As a Data Leader at Ingka Centres you should have knowledge of processes and governance to consistently define and manage critical data, structure data and information in processes and IT tools, continuously respond to changing business conditions, and ensure compliance. You should also be motivated by responsibility, challenging tasks, problem-solving, developing new ways of working, learning new things, and sharing and living our culture and values.
As a true team player, you will collaborate with others to achieve goals and use digital data and other insights to forecast and detect errors, gaps, and potential flaws in the way we are handling data. We believe you have experience in:
· Processes and governance for maintaining critical organizational data and creating a credible base of data
· Creating, acquiring, using, and storing data to ensure compliance
· Structuring data and information within processes and information technology tools, ensuring reliability, accessibility, relevance, privacy, and security
· Familiarity with proactive responses to changing business conditions
To succeed in this role, you should have experience within Information Technology, computer science or equivalent, and have 2-5 years’ experience as Data Leader, or similar.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
As a Data Leader at Ingka Centres, you will be responsible for developing the necessary tools to support the full data lifecycle, including data acquisition, organization, analysis, and delivery. By ensuring data accuracy, validity, and efficiency, you will contribute to the overall success of the function and enable data-based decision-making.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will include using root cause research to identify data process breakdowns and finding solutions with data architects and product/platform owners, developing standard operating procedures for data handling and archiving, educating, and monitoring co-workers to improve processes and tools for data quality management, and supporting data analytics and insights by coordinating data acquisition, storage, and sharing.
As a Data Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that we are developing innovative commercial and customer solutions, concepts, and insights to support our Meeting Places creating an outstanding 360-degree experience for customers and communities.
What you’ll do every day:
· Educate and monitor co-workers to improve processes and tools supporting data quality management goals. Identify and address data quality issues consistently and accurately.
· Collaborate with data architects and engineers to define requirements for data cleaning and optimization, ensuring their implementation.
· Coordinate data acquisition, storage, and sharing to support data analytics and insights, ensuring timely delivery and proper organization of relevant data.
· Work across initiatives within Ingka Centres, promoting efficient and effective use of data.
· Implement policies and guidelines (e.g., GDPR compliance, BIAs) for information security management, in collaboration with internal stakeholders and approaches.
You will report to Daniel Demytrie, Data Delivery Manager, and your place of work will be Malmö, Sweden.
