Data Management & Architecture Manager, Group Digital, INGKA Group

We are looking for a Data Management & Architecture Manager who:
· Are motivated by advocating perspectives and approaches to share, make use of and innovate through data to contribute to a better everyday data-driven life for IKEA and customers
· Are passionate about leading and developing people, building teams and extending networks to simplify and align while enabling digital strategies and ambitions
· Are motivated to lead strategic and long-term thinking
· Has a strong understanding of opportunities and limitations of modern data and analytics technologies
· Has good knowledge of processes and methodologies of data management and how to manage data across the lifecycle
· Has strong knowledge of patterns and different types of data architectures
· Has strong knowledge of IT and data systems, and the constantly changing tools enabling use and management of large amounts of data
Your experience:
· Formal qualifications (BSc, MSc, PhD) in information technology, business, information systems, engineering, legal, finance, economics, or equivalent
· Minimum 10 years of experience of increasing responsibility in leadership roles in large organisations working with information technology, business information management, data and information management or similar
· Minimum 10 years of experience working with data management and data architecture in large organisations
· Minimum 5-7 years of experience recruiting, leading, and inspiring data professionals as a direct manager
What you'll be doing day to day
As a Data Management & Architecture Manager you will be:
• Responsible for the overall performance of Digital Data Management and Data Architecture
• Accountable for leading data strategy implementation and initiatives that drive Ingka business results and reach the strategic objectives, both on short and long term
• Lead the development and adoption of data-driven solutions and innovation, partnering across initiatives and functions within Ingka to create and provide solutions based on data-driven decisions
• Support prioritization efforts for Digital Data Management and Data Architecture in partnership with Enterprise Data Management and PEDX teams
• Secure relevant resources and competence to support product teams to develop capabilities and products prioritized in the Ingka Digital Roadmap to ensure efficient and effective use of data in accordance with policies, rules, and standard operating procedures
• Engage in the development and adoption of ways of working, methodologies, and structures to enable and empower teams to develop digital products managing data according to identified data management and architecture frameworks
• Accountable for recruiting, attracting and securing resources and expertise to efficiently and consistently develop and execute Digital Data Management and Data Architecture
• Lead, coach and develop team of data management and architecture professionals, securing competence development, understanding of Ingka's core business areas, digital footprint and ensure maximum efficiency in collaboration
