DATA OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a structured and detail-oriented person to join our clients Operations team. In this role, you will support your senior colleagues by managing customer, subscription, and asset data in the systems. You will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy and customer satisfaction by identifying, understanding, and solving data-related issues.
Key responsibilities:
Update and manage customer and asset data in our clients systems, ensuring high quality and accuracy.
Collaborate with senior team members to understand data dependencies and make necessary adjustments.
Solve service and billing support cases, working closely with customers to find the best solutions.
Assist in testing new IT developments, ensuring accurate data input and extraction.
Identify patterns in recurring issues and contribute to improving business processes.


Qualifications You holda relevant University degree.
You have experience in data analysis and working with data systems.
You have strong skills in Excel and a solid understanding of data management.
Experience with system or software testing is a plus.
You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.

You enjoy problem-solving, particularly when it involves investigative work to identify the root cause of data issues. Admission and ApplicationFull time, office hours. Our client wishes to start 2024-10-14 and the assignment is expected to run until 2025-10-31 with possibility of extension.
