Job Description
As Data Protection and Information Security Partner (DSP) at Bosch, you will be based in Lund, Sweden. You will report directly to the Data Protection & Information Security Officer (DSO) of the Nordic region, based near Copenhagen. You will be responsible for multiple sites across the region, and your main tasks will include:
· Support and advise executives and employees on ISP topics.
· Support local and remote sites in the region with the implementation and continual improvement of our information security management system (ISMS).
· Drive awareness and training activities within your area of responsibility.
· Independently perform internal ISP audits to ensure that departments comply with ISP regulations.
· Support in the handling of incidents, breaches, and data subject requests.
· Support the DSO with ad hoc and regional tasks, as well as cooperate with the other DSP employees on regional ISP projects.

Qualifications
You are an ideal candidate for us if you tick the following boxes:
· Passion – Passionate about ISP topics, awareness, people and compliance.
· Personality – Proactive, open-minded, persuasive, extroverted, resilient, communicative, reliable and with a professional appearance; a team player who is also comfortable working independently.
· Experience – At least 3-5 years of prior experience within information security, information technology and data protection. Solid knowledge of the GDPR is a requirement.
· Educational background – A completed relevant degree within for example Law, Business Law, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Information Technology, etc. (or alternatively, significant practical experience with ISP).
· Planning and prioritization – Able to independently identify risks, and to plan and prioritize risk mitigating activities.
· Qualification – Holding a certification as data protection officer or ISO 27001 lead auditor is an advantage, but not a requirement.
· Language skills – You have solid English and Swedish skills (written and verbal). A good understanding of other Nordic and/or Baltic languages is an advantage.
· IT and communication skills – A flair for IT, communication and awareness activities, and ability to present in front of groups.
· Mobility - Some travels should be expected, primarily to destinations in Northern Europe and Germany. Having a car and a driver’s license is an advantage.
