Job Description
Do you want to contribute to fossil free living? Vattenfall is now looking for a Data Protection Coordinator (DPC) within Consumer Sales Nordic. If you enjoy working with data protection and would like to be a part of Vattenfall, this is your opportunity!
As our DPC in Consumer Sales Nordic you will cover both Swedish and Finnish operations. You will have a close collaboration with another DPC and our security organization. You will have a key role in securing that our operations are always compliant by planning and executing security and data protection compliance activities and by actively supporting your colleagues. You will develop our way of working related to data protection and information security and will be strongly integrated with our business teams to provide your expertise and advice. In this role you will have the opportunity to use your expertise broadly. This role also includes:
Being the 1st line for operational questions and advising on data protection and security
Data processing agreements
Coordinating and supporting business on handling data breaches
Ensuring legally required documentation is in place and updated
Carrying out assessments and audits
Supporting in information security related questions or issues

Qualifications
Your background and profile
You have a deep understanding of GDPR, data protection and security with proven experience in the field, at least 2 years of working experience
You have strong business orientation and you build positive culture around data protection
Degree level or equivalent relevant qualification. (e.g., Economics, Business, Law)
Good communication skills in English and in Swedish. It is considered an advantage if you can communicate also in Finnish
You thrive when you get to solve complex challenges in multi-stakeholder environment

Location
This position is located in Solna, Stockholm. It is also an option to be located in Helsinki. There will be travelling required in this role, mainly in the Nordics.
