What you will do
You will take lead in driving data quality improvement and stewardship initiatives across the company, acting as a change agent, guiding the organization hands-on in best practice, and facilitating the stand-up of stewardship networks.

You will also:
•    Be a key driver of our technology roadmap including data quality tools, data catalog, and automated stewardship solutions
•    Establish fit for purpose principles, guidelines and standards around data quality and stewardship
•    Train and educate stakeholders in how to apply trusted data principles to effectively manage data for trust in an agile way
•    Act as the liaison between data & analytics organizations and business areas, capturing and channeling new demands and requirements
•    Take on the role as data steward for enterprise master data identified as business critical for the company
•    Facilitate and lead Community of Practices (CoP) and governance forums across different business areas
•    Create communication material to build awareness as part of our change journey

You and your skills
You will have several years of experience working with data and other areas such as business analysis, process development and change management. You have a passion and proven experience in driving transformation in large organizations.
Naturally, you also have great communication skills and can effortlessly network within the organization, building close relationships with stakeholders and being comfortable with promoting change across all levels of the company. As we believe a team effort is the only way to be successful in reaching our ambitious targets, we are looking for a person that values collaboration and actively contributes to our collective development.

Additional skills and experience:
•    Experience and knowledge within areas such as data quality management, master data governance, information architecture, meta-data management, master data management and BI & analytics
•    Good understanding of data privacy regulations and data management risks related to cyber security
•    Great workshop facilitation and presentations skills
•    Good understanding of business processes and challenges related to data
•    Great problem-solving skills and a ‘can-do’ attitude to cope with ambiguity in a high-paced global environment
•    Experience from agile methodologies such SAFe, Scrum or Kanban
•    BSc, or equivalent experience in a relevant field
•    You are fluent in English, oral and written
