The opportunity/Role description

The role will form a key part within the sustainability reporting and compliance services function in leading a consistent sustainability service across the contract.

The main driver is the customers sustainability agenda, the reporting and compliance demanded by the ISO certification as well as the customers drive to be leading in the area. The reporting has to be effective and efficient and give high-quality service outputs as analysis and improvements. The development of the reporting platform will be pivotal in supporting /enhancing delivery. Integrating all data into a seamless end-to-end instruction and reporting process to ensure consistency.

The role will implement the reporting delivery, review and make analytics to enable decisions that will drive continuous improvement and ensuring reliability. The role will work closely with landlords and the customer to ensure relevant data and evidence is provided in a timely manner to meet all regulatory and legislative requirements. The role will provide specialist knowledge and guidance within their sphere of influence, communicating and reporting on a frequent basis to all nordic stakeholders.

Place to work

This role is placed in Sweden, Stockholm City (Hamngatan) but working across the Nordics. We are working on the client site and have a so called hybride way of working. Both working at home and on site depending on the activity you are working on.

What you will do/Tasks

• Management of data suppliers (landlords)
• Management of content in IT platform/partner and projects
• Provide Assurance to ISO14001
• Guidance and advice regarding Environmental Services improvement across Nordics
• Delivery of sustainability improvement activities through internal teams
• Ensure that KPI levels are met and maintained (via reporting)
• Stakeholder engagement and management, across the internal and external community.
• Data review and analytics to drive continuous improvement.

What we are looking for:

• Max 2 years (and preferably fresh out of university) in Economics or Business Admin/Environmental Services Qualification or equivalent
• A passionate interest in sustainability and saving the planet.
• Interest in and knowledge of IT/reporting systems (we use Kinect and Enablon)
• Stakeholder management and effective communication to drive results.

Start date:

We would like you to start asap but at the latest in end October.

This role is a permanent employment (Swe: Tillsvidare anställning) starting with 6 months probationary (Swe: Provanställning) employment according to ALMEGA/UNIONEN.
