Primary purpose of the job:
The primary function of the Data & Sales Administrator is to handle all Border operations related data tasks, maintain a good relationship with our vendors and a high level of customer service.
Essential functions: The Operations & Sales Admin performs a wide range of functions including, but not limited to the following:
● Setting up physical new titles in the Border system
● Updates data entries for items in the Border system as needed (price, UPC updates, etc.)
● Manage all item related data tasks to make sure to maintain an updated and correct Border Music catalog
● Create yearly report to NCB
● Manage and monitor data feeds to various systems such as Nordic, Grammotex and key stores
● Handle all administrative tasks related to Amazon orders
● Introduce and support labels in digital data management tool
● Introduce and support labels in physical data management tool
● Manage Border data related tasks in B-Panel
● Additional tasks as assigned by the operations manager
Minimum education and skills:
The ideal candidate will be a music fan who is highly motivated and very organized. Ability to stay on schedule and work in a team environment. Experience with Microsoft Excel as well as Google Suite will be a plus.
