What you'll do


you will perform research (biology, chemistry, mechanical, software, etc.) to generate analytical data for internal and/or external clients.
you will be responsible for the investigation of new technologies and experimentation directed at the practical application of scientific theories.
you will assures that programs meet scientific objectives and are aligned with customer needs.
you will uild relationships with industry/technology key opinion leaders.

Who you are
Qualifications/ Requirements


Master's degree in engineering or technical discipline with expert competency in data science/bioinformatics/chemometrics or equal experience
5 years of experience in industrial development/R&D
Proficient in R and/or Python
Well versed in multivariate statistics, predictive modelling and feature selection algorithms
Structured and organized team player
Creative and problem solver
Strong communication skills

Desired Experience


Expert knowledge of exploratory analyzes
Experience from process automation and process simulation
Experience with software specifications for data science solutions
Experience from development of separation products
Research experience in chemistry and/or biotechnology
Experience with chemometric method development and validation
Experience in “Full stack" data science pipeline development
