What you will do
As data scientist you will design and build new models based on the state-of-the-art research, with focus on time series data generated by sensors and software belonging to the perception and sensor fusion stack.  You will collaborate with other data scientists both within the team and the data tribes at a company level. In collaboration with data engineers, you will identify and collect relevant data sets needed for model development and collaborate with software engineers to release the model into our products. This is a great opportunity to join us and develop the algorithms that drive our safe autonomous vehicle.

You and your skills
To be successful in this role we see that you are a Data Scientist with proven hands-on experience of applying state-of-the-art research to solve complex processing problems with data driven technologies. You are expected to bring great knowledge in statistics and apply machine learning models when applicable. 

In addition to a M Sc or a PhD degree in Mathematics, Data/Computer Science (or similar), you also have at least 3 years of experience from working with Python and Data Analytics and Machine Learning frameworks (SciKit/Pandas/TensorFlow/PyTorch). Having experience in how to deploy the models to an embedded system for inference using C++/CUDA/TensorRT is meritorious. As we are a truly international team, we see you have excellent communication skills being fluent in English both verbally and in writing.
