About Vimla!
We are the mobile operator created by, and for, a mobile generation. A generation that, just like us, live their lives on the world wide web. The role
Vimla is a rapidly growing company, which creates new challenges and questions every week. You will work with and analyze raw data and make recommendations for improvements and strategic decisions. Working with our existing data science/engineering architecture, creating dashboards in Tableau and make explorative data analyses in one part of the job. Also, you will be responsible for our data driven customer communication activities, creating workflows and in our Marketing Automation flows to our customers – everything based on insights we find in data.
You will report results from customer send outs and ensure that all future send outs are optimized to create as much value as possible. Together with colleagues within customer base management, you develop and optimize our customer communication strategy to reach our common goals.
You will:
* Collect, analyze, model and present data
* Based on insights from data, plan and segment our userbase and based on that build suitable communication flows
* Test hypotheses by recommending and running A/B tests
* Be responsible for configuration, implementation, and maintenance of communication activities
We are looking for you who are:
Curious, driven, analytical and result oriented. You collaborate efficiently with others and are happy to share knowledge with colleagues. At the same time, you’re satisfied in a role where you get to take own initiative and have the freedom to test and optimize suggested actions.
* Can process, analyze, and draw conclusions from data, and monitor results, understand and act to optimize business results
* Have experience from working with a lot of data, SQL, Python and A/B testing
* Thinks that it sounds exciting to work with, and improve, our customer journeys
