The scope of your role

As a Data Scientist you will create insights and models that will drive our decision making: from sub-second customer responses to strategic initiatives. As part of the Analytics team, at the heart of our financial business, you collect, model and visualize data using tools such as R and SQL. This way you ensure that we deliver the best possible financial product wherever Northmill is present.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are ready to meet large, varied projects together with your team. We believe that you are skilled at everything related to data and numbers. You are also a team player with a good sense of business. Furthermore, you probably possess:

- Between 1-4 years of experience in Data Science or Analytics to analyze large data sets with tools such as R and SQL
- Experience in creating, documenting and maintaining automated data flows and reporting in R
- A BSc or MSc in computer science, mathematics, statistics, civil engineer or similar
- Fluent English


We would love if you also:

- Have an interest in the bank and finance industry
- Have experience of cloud-based data structures and tools in, for example, Amazon Web Services or Azure
- Have previous experience with consumer credit
