Supply Chains rely on visibility and transparency to manage effectively processes and changing customers’ demands. Though, the “changing” aspect of this process, requires us to constantly evaluate multiple scenarios and simulate different alternatives needed to make effective decisions. Here is where we want to apply technology, in terms of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models, to optimize our costs, improve our processes and automate our decisions. We have around 25 use-cases now and a results-oriented agenda to onboard great talent to execute our plans.


Our Exciting Opportunity and purpose of this role!
Developing scientific methods, processes, and systems to extract knowledge or insights to drive the future of applied analytics.
Providing thought leadership, perform Advanced Statistical Analytics, and create insights into data to provide to the business actionable insights, identify trends, and measure performance which address business problems.
Collaborating with business and process owners to understand business issues, and with engineers to implement and deploy scalable solutions, where applicable.


As a Senior Data Scientist you will:
Perform Data science leadership
Synthesize problems into data question(s)
Chose relevant data science approach
Design and perform data science experiments
Develop data science Infrastructure and tools
Convert data into meaningful insights.
Act in external relations



To be successful in the role you should have
A Master’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields
Deep/broad knowledge of machine learning, statistics, optimization, or related field
A genuine interest in new and applied technologies and software engineering coupled with a high degree of business understanding
Any applied research contributions to the community in terms of technical papers and patents, are encouraged
Experience with Agile, Scrum and Design Thinking methodologies
Previous experience in the Logistics, Manufacturing and Supply Chain are highly beneficial to succeed in this role
Change and improvement management skills
