Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Create data-driven insights to transform customer interactions and enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with teams in Complete Vehicle Engineering, including data engineering, marketing, and customer service, to develop data-driven solutions that maximize business value.
Enable data-driven decision-making by evaluating use-cases, analyzing key features, and enhancing product offerings.
Implement innovation and transformation by developing, validating, and implementing machine learning models and algorithms for substantial business impact.
Provide technical mentorship, fostering a culture of scalability in ML model development and advanced data analytics.
Partner with the Strategy and Insight team to enhance data science tooling for deploying, monitoring, and operating ML models.
Stay updated on the latest research and technological innovations, proactively refining and enhancing methodologies in machine learning model development and management.
What you bring:
Comprehensive understanding of data analytics tools, ML algorithms, and model development.
Several years of experience as a Data Scientist, demonstrating expertise in troubleshooting, issue resolution, and process enhancement.
Comfort with driving changes and implementing structure in a dynamic and ambiguous setting.
Good communication and presentation skills in English for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
Development of solutions based on advanced analytics to address customer/test engineers’ obstacles.
Ability to combine, explore, and draw insights from data.
Solid understanding of machine-learning techniques and statistical tools.
Strong programming skills using Python and SQL, with experience in machine learning packages (Scikit-learn, Tensorflow, or PyTorch) and model deployment.
Experience in data analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau.
Understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platform).
Experience with version handling tools (e.g., Git) and infrastructure tools like Docker.
Master of Science in Data Science or a relevant area.
At least 5 years of experience in the relevant subject areas.
Meritorious: Experience in car product development.
