We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist to help us take our platform to the next level! The position is full-time and based in Stockholm.
Job Summary:
In our Growth domain, you'll be at the heart of our revenue-generating efforts. You'll collaborate closely with product, sales, and marketing rockstars to craft and execute our growth strategy. Here's a glimpse of what you could dive into:
Spotting growth opportunities with our leadership
Getting your hands dirty with data-driven marketing campaigns alongside our marketing gurus
Measuring and expanding new markets
Joining forces with sales teams to hunt for leads and close deals
Collaborating with our product teams to compose, tune and launch customer-friendly products and features
Developing bidding strategies with our performance marketing team
Building scalable data tools to improve the day-to-day of data scientists, data engineers and stakeholders in BigQuery, Looker, dbt and Hex
Coach data scientists in areas where you have particular strengths and interests
Your expertise extends to experimentation, data modeling, predictive modeling, exploratory analyses, and the capacity to formulate hypotheses for testing that are in harmony with the strategy and expansion prospects. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in enhancing our analytical capabilities.
Responsibilities:
You are skilled in data analysis, visualization, communication, and parsing commercial opportunities from vast amounts of data using SQL, R, Python, coffee, pencils, recycled paper, and whiteboards. We also believe you have a passion for data, tech and music, you are energized by new challenges and opportunities, and that you are strong in quantitative analysis, statistics, or mathematics. You are a fast learner with a collaborative disposition and have the ability to extract insights to add real value to the business.
Requirements:
High skill in data science with a degree in science, computer science, statistics, economics, mathematics, or similar quantitative discipline
Fluency in Python/R and SQL for data analysis
Experience performing analysis with large datasets
Experience with experimentation and a/b testing
Good understanding of cloud technologies. We use Big Query, dbt, Looker, Hex and whiteboards
Good understanding of data engineering practices and data modeling
Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications/ Bonus Skills:
Industry experience or a strong understanding of marketing, B2B sales, subscriptions, pricing or product development
Experience from a growing product-focused company
