Data Scientist to BSH Home Appliances, Solna

In BSH Northern Europe, we are making our decisions based on data and facts.  We are on a journey to implement a better reporting and visualization structure to better support this. For this, we are now looking for a SAP Data scientist, who will play a central role in establishing and evolving the necessary systems for our reporting services in the Nordics.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITES

Navigate the system landscape, in close collaboration with counterparts from global IT teams. This encompasses:

Operative part


• Develop queries, reports and dashboards in SAP with SAP HANA Studio and visualize the data in SAC, BO or Analysis Office
• Coordinate Nordic developments and requirements as well as system bugs to the global IT team and support users in Northern Europe with the reporting application we have in place
• Be an active member in international BSH groups on Business intelligence and reporting

Project part


• Establish a running process for reporting and dashboards (Based on SAP applications and with Power BI)
• Requirements, setup, documentation and life cycle
• Define required knowledge levels for user groups in the systems and set up training plan

YOUR PROFILE

Background & skills


• Senior professional with a proven track record of working in functioning reporting processes
• Solid experience in SAP S4 environment and ideally also in one or more of the following application

• Power Query (excel based)
• Analysis Office
• SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud)
• Business Objects
• SAP HANA Studio
• Power BI
• Tableau




• Experience in the whole reporting process from requirement to release
• Preferred MSc in Computer Science or equivalent experience 

Personality


• Thriving with the balance of projects and operative tasks
• Looking forward to working on an international scale, with cross-functional and cross-cultural projects and teams
• Fluent in English, ideally being proficient in a Nordic language
