Using your extensive data analytics capabilities, you will enable us to unlock ways to drive positive change and growth within customer onboarding.

In this role you will report to the Head of Operational Lease.

What you’ll do:
As a Data Specialist, you will gather, analyze and drive changes within the Operations domain. You will ensure continues development and improvement of our reporting, dashboards, and analytical landscape. Your aim is to be the go-to person when it comes to understanding what is going on, and what we should do to improve.

You will also
• Conduct analysis of current and new data sources.
• Produce and secure high quality operations reporting to concerned stakeholders.
• Suggest and implement improvements to the internal reporting system and KPIs.
• Work collaboratively with other colleagues in the team and from other teams.
• Participate in projects in line with the Operations team’s priorities, sometimes supporting and sometimes leading, to achieve shared goals, using a variety of analysis and problem-solving techniques.

We believe that your background and skills include
• Suitable education (BSc/MSc in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Data Science or the equivalent).
• Proficiency in data visualization tool (e.g. Power BI or Tablau. etc).
• Experience from programming language (e.g. SQL or Python, etc).
• Experience in analyzing large sets of data. • Solution oriented, analytical and data driven, with an eagerness to solve business- and digital related problems.
• Profound interest in how digital tools can help drive business value. • Understanding of the underlying business and the need of calibration to reach the agreed balance between risk and revenue.
• Working proficiency and communication skills in English, verbal and written.
• As a person, you are curious, a team player, and enjoy learning how the business work end-to-end.

Additional skills that would be considered a plus:
• Familiarity with data warehousing, such as Snowflake or other cloud computingbased data warehouses.
• Experience working agile.
• Experience within Fleet Management or Operations
