Swedbank is embarking on a major transformation in the data area with a clear aim to become an even more data driven organization and be a leader in data, analytics and AI over the coming years. We now need to strengthen our team with a Data Transformation Office (DTO) Coordinator to work closely with the DTO lead to coordinate and run the Data Transformation Office and ensure progress in this critical transformation. Areas include, among others, organization, AI strategy, governance, architecture, and culture.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Working closely with the DTO team to coordinate the very large transformation, the different streams and initiatives
- Ensuring communication and communication material across stakeholders, steering groups and projects
- Enable the transformation to run by removing obstacles, keeping track of actions and activities, and support Transformation Leads in driving change
- Work closely with other stakeholders in the bank in our transformation journey
- Develop executive material for steering groups and Swedbank’s Group Executive Committee
- Ensure orderliness in status reporting, action logs and decision logs
- Support in different workstreams and initiatives as required
- Participate in daily and weekly transformation meetings that will monitor the evolution of interventions and sub-initiatives
- Stakeholder alignment cross-organisation and support in communications efforts on the data transformation
What is needed in this role:
- Relevant academic degree, preferably within economics/business management or engineering
- 2-5 years’ work experience, incl. work experience from project management
- Strong communication skills and experience from stakeholder management
- Excellent organization and planning skills
- Excellent Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Growth mindset
