Data Transformation Office Lead

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

- Be the leader responsible for executing on the newly established Target State within Data & Analytics

- Serve as the ”transformation engine” through the Data Transformation Office which with its structure and capacity will ensure that Swedbank is able to drive and execute on all strategic and tactical initiatives needed in order to reach our Data & Analytics Target State

- Champion and manage change within the Data & Analytics area through different workstreams and initiatives

- Work closely with senior stakeholders in the bank in our transformation journey





What is needed in this role:

- Establish governance structures of the Data Transformation Office on strategic, tactical, and operational levels

- Found, build, develop and lead the Data Transformation Office incl. establishment and recruitment of relevant roles such as, Workstream Leads, Initiative Leas and Initiative Owners

- Set and ensure alignment towards the overall target state, vision and roadmap, including directing workstreams, initiative scoping and plans and handling escalations

- Manage the organization's portfolio of data-related interventions and sub-initiatives. This involves evaluating project plans, prioritizing projects, and allocating resources effectively to ensure successful execution

- Drive key initiatives prioritized by the CIO, linked to the overall Data Target State, that does not have a clear ownership in the line organization or that simply are of great transformational value

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of data transformation interventions and sub-initiatives. Monitor progress, track adoption rates, and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders on the status and outcomes of transformation efforts

- Run weekly transformation meetings that will monitor the evolution of interventions and sub-initiatives

- Responsible for the overall progress, budget, timeline, and success of the data transformation

- Constantly measure and validate the value expected and the value delivered from each intervention

- Deliver objectives and outcomes at workstream level, managing milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies

- Contribute with project management, establish and facilitate relevant meeting fora as well as reporting

- Stakeholder alignment cross-organisation and managing communication on the data transformation
